By accessing and using Sneeze Labs' Jira marketplace app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Sneeze Labs for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Sneeze Labs
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Service Description

Sneeze Labs provides AI-powered test case generation for Jira issues. The service is designed to:

• Generate test cases based on Jira issue content
• Integrate with Jira workflows
• Support test case management through Zephyr Scale and Xray
• Provide automated test case suggestions

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Sneeze Labs, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sneeze Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sneeze Labs be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Sneeze Labs' website, even if Sneeze Labs or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
